Welcome to EarnSideHub (“we”, “our”). By creating an account or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

1. About EarnSideHub

  • EarnSideHub publishes research about get-paid-to platforms and referral programs. We don’t operate or endorse third party offers and we don’t verify payouts in real time.
  • Content is provided for informational and community purposes only. Do your own due diligence before joining external platforms.

2. Accounts & Security

  • You must be 16+ (or the age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
  • Keep your password secure. You’re responsible for all activity on your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate laws, or jeopardise security.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent earnings, impersonate other members, or spam the community.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
  • Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access when needed to protect the community.

4. User Content & Permissions

  • You retain ownership of the notes, reactions, bookmarks, and referrals you add.
  • By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it to you (and, if you make it public, to other members) so the feature can function.
  • You can delete your content at any time via My Hub.

5. Research Disclaimer

  • Platform ratings, tips, and payouts are estimates based on user submissions and public research. They can change without notice.
  • We don’t provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
  • You are solely responsible for acting on information found here and for complying with third-party terms.

6. Privacy

  • Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
  • For GDPR and similar regulations, you can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at privacy@earnsidehub.com.

7. Service Availability

  • We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service. Upgrades, maintenance, or outages may occur.
  • We may change or discontinue features at any time. Significant changes will be announced in-product or via email when possible.

8. Liability

  • EarnSideHub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for losses related to platform listings, missed earnings, or third-party actions.
  • Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain disclaimers; in those cases the minimum required protections apply.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
  • Any disputes will be handled in the courts of New South Wales, unless local law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We’ll update this page when terms change. A new “last updated” date will appear above.
  • Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
